Born and raised in Northern California, Alexis started taking pictures at 20 years old and has been shooting with film ever since. Her current body of work captures the surrounding natural landscape and the details of daily life with her family.

Images on the website are exclusively shot on film with a Mamiya C330, Mamyia 7II, Nikon FM or a Contax T3. All with fixed focal length lenses.

She relies on her iPhone for other quick images of her daily life that can show up on her blog.

Alexis lives in France outside of Paris in the Valley Chevreuse with her husband, daughter and cat.
